National Youth Day

NSS, IIT Kharagpur organized a 5 KM rally yesterday to celebrate National Youth Day. This is held every year on 12th January, the birthday of Swami Vivekananda. The rally had images and inspiring quotes of Vivekananda that motivates youth. About 800 students participated in the rally. Most of them are UG 1st year students. The initial shyness melted in confident sloganeering that marked the resolve to contribute in national development.
